Description
Do you want to spend your summer in the sunshine? We have a vacancy for a Chef to work alongside our Michelin Star Head Chef on the beautiful island of Sark, in the Channel Islands.
You will be responsible for the day to day supervision preparation and service of all food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all time.
You will ensure that strict hygiene controls are kept in all Kitchen areas when under your supervision. Undertake any specific function of Kitchen management as delegated by the Head Chef.
There is excellent potential for advancement and the possibility of a long-term position for the right candidate.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous similar experience in a 5* hotel and restaurant to at least 3 rosette level.

Experience is essential, as you will be required to prepare and assist in delivery of a high quality service and cuisine in a busy environment.
