Facilities / Maintenance Manager

As a facilities and maintenance manager you'll be responsible for overseeing the operations processes of the hotel. Most of your responsibilities will be engineering-oriented; supervising a maintenance schedule through effective supervision of your staff as well as outside contractors.

You'll need to be familiar with mechanical plant and equipment, health & safety issues and be able to manage outside contacts as well as your own team of workers. Previous experience is always advantageous.
