The Chalet Company provides ski and snowboard holidays and instructor
training in the world’s favourite ski destination … Les Trois
Vallees in France.
We are looking to employ mature, fun, friendly and highly
organised Chalet Manager (s) for the 22/23 winter season. Reporting to the Resort Manager, you are
expected to take responsibility for the smooth running of a selection of our chalets and the associated resort operations to ensure we are delivering to our guests an exceptional holiday experience. You will be a figure-head and point of contact
‘on the ground’ for our guests, staff and
suppliers.
You will also:
- Support and fully participate in resort set-up
- Support with training and resort orientation for other
staff
- Help build, develop and manage a high-performing chalet
team
- Maintain and develop key supplier relations in resort
- Co-ordinate all guest arrivals & departures for your chalets,
ensuring a warm welcome and ensuring that all guests receive the
highest level of customer care at all times
- Undertake resort administration such as lift pass preparation, expense and budget tracking, etc
- Cover hosting/cooking in a chalet (in emergencies)
- Undertake regular chalet checks to ensure cleanliness and hygiene and customer satisfaction
- Deal with any complaints or issues in a professional and timely
manner
Candidates will preferably have the right to work in France (EU passport/CDS or working holiday visa) although candidates from the UK will be considered and we will assist you through the process
