Reservations Staff

Reservations staff manage all incoming hotel reservations, maintain an up-to-the-minute inventory of the hotel's vacancies and room reservations, and provide a friendly, courteous and efficient service to hotel guests and visitors.

Reservations staff need to be systematic workers, computer-literate and efficient while simultaneously personable and excellently groomed. Experience with computerised reservation systems is generally advantageous, while hospitality qualifications are a bonus.
